I Took a Sunday afternoon drive today down Highway 23, or what we natives of the Ozarks call the Pig Trail Scenic Bypass, that winds through the Boston and Ozark Mountains, to take a look at the beautiful fall foliage. It was a beautiful tunnel of fall foliage.
Highway 23 is always a favorite route for bikers no matter what the season. It is also a

route for fans heading to the University of Arkansas for Razorback Football.

And at the end of the trail on Highway 16 is the ever popular Pig Trail Bypass Cafe whose Hooseburger has been featured in magazines as the best burger in Arkansas. But don't take my word for it. Take a drive down the beautiful Pig Trail Scenic Bypass and try your own Hooseburger.

Oh....and don't forget to stop by Lonesome Pine Quilts just two miles further on Highway 16.
