BLOG take over! Happy Fall Ya'll its Lisa Kay, and I have taken over the blog today to share with you one of our family favorites. We love having friends and family over to play, hangout, and visit! With teens and kids food is always a must to have on hand. The girls friends all know about our "snack basket", but I also like to sneak fruits and veggies in when I can, even if that means coating them in caramel! I hope you enjoy this yummy dip as much as we do.

Ingredients
8oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup toffee bits
7 whole apples, cored and sliced for dipping
2 liter sprite
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and brown sugar until well combined.
Stir in the toffee bits.
Serve with sliced apples.
Store the dip covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve
MOM TIP:
To keep apples from turning, immerse in sprite. I pour a 2liter into a pretty bowl and add apples as sliced. Also works well for lunch boxes!

GIFT IDEA:
This also makes an adorable gift for teachers and friends!
