Hey Ya'll, it's Lisa again. As a momma of two very active young ladies there are days when dinner time rolls around and I have not even thought about dinner.

Well I have found a quick (no more than 15 minutes) and yummy recipe that had even my pickiest eater asking for seconds. You can pair this amazing Homemade Alfredo Sauce with any noodle and either add chicken or meatballs if you choose.

Homemade Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients

*1/4 cup butter (or half a stick)
*1 cup low fat cream (you can use heavy, but I don't need any extra help with my curves).
*2 cloves garlic, minced
*1 1/2 cup freshly (or bagged let's get real who has the time to grate cheese)Parmesan Cheese
Directions
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the cream and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic and parmesan and whisk continuously until the cheese is completely melted. Optional: add chicken at this time.
2. Use in your favorite recipe or serve with pasta of your choice. Optional: add meatballs at this time
3. Sprinkle extra cheese on top before serving.
ENJOY!
