Many quilters (both beginner and advanced)tend to have problems in coordinating colors for their quilting projects from time to time. Sometimes it becomes a COLOR PUZZLE to try to figure out which colors to use together in a project. Do you know what pure color is? Do you know the difference between a tint, a tone, and a shade? Do you know how to choose complementary (contrast) colors for your quilting project? Or Split complementary or triad? Do you know what monochromatic means or analogous? Having a healthy knowledge of color makes for a more beautiful, harmonious quilt.

On Saturday, July 7th from 10:00-11:00 a.m., we will be beginning a new Holiday Wishes Block of The Month Class running July through December. But in the first 30 minutes of that July 7th class, we will be talking about HOW TO SOLVE THE COLOR PUZZLE and learning how to improve our color selection methods for quilting. If you would like to sit in on that COLOR PUZZLE class or even sit in on the entire Holiday Wishes Block of the Month Class to see first hand what takes place in our Block of The Month Classes, please join us in the FARMHOUSE at 10:00 a.m. on July 7th. The class is FREE and we learn a lot about quilting, and have a great time of fellowship together in the process. Hope you will come join us!
