I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.....I love my country life. I spent the first 18 years of my life growing up on a cotton and soybean farm. And the last 30+ years of my life I’ve spent on a cattle ranch raising black angus cattle. But this week was a new experience for this country girl. My granddaughter just celebrated her 13th birthday, and her parents gave her 13 surprises. One of those 13 surprises was a week with grandpa and grandma.

She has a fascination with llamas, so on Monday we took her to the Berry Sweet Suris Llama and Alpaca farm in Prairie Grove, AR. Little did I know that grandpa and grandma would enjoy it as much as she did.

Located in the beautiful Boston Mountains, Berry Sweet Suris is Home to award-winning alpaca sporting some of the top bloodlines available in North America. It is worth the trip to see their beautiful llamas and alpaca. For more information, check out their website at www.berrysweetsuris.com
