Hey ya'll it's Lisa here. This past weekend I was able to spend some much needed time with my precious Aunt and Uncle. We quilted, talked, cooked and picked blueberries. With a upcoming work social I asked my Aunt (an amazing cook) for a quick and simple dessert recipe and with that I was introduced to Texas Banana Pudding. It was a huge hit, hope you all enjoy!
Bonus Tip: If you dont want your banana's to turn, soak in sprite.

Ingredients:
vanilla waffers
milk
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
cool whip
sprite
bananas
Directions:
1. In bowl place a layer of vanilla waffers.

2. cover layer of vanilla waffers with a layer of bananas soaked in sprite to keep from turning.

3. In seperate bowl mix two boxes of vanilla instant pudding with 4 cups of milk and mix until smooth.

4. mix in one container of cool whip.

5. pour mixture over bananas and waffers, And top with crumbled vanilla waffers.

Keep in fridge till ready to serve.
